Q: How do I care for my jewelry?

 

A: You may check our page on Jewelry Care, located on the bottom of our Home Page, for recommendations.

 

 

Q: Do you ship worldwide?

 

A: We ship only within the United States at present.

 

 

Q: What shipping methods do you use?

 

A: We only ship USPS Priority Mail and charge a flat rate, which is added to your order during the checkout process.

 

 

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?

 

A: Orders can only be canceled prior to shipment. If you wish to change an order please contact us and we will do our best to work with you.

 

 

Q: What is the difference between gold plated and gold filled?

 

A: The process of gold plating is one where a minuscule layer of gold is applied over a base metal (usually brass, an alloy of copper and zinc). Gold filled jewelry is made by wrapping layers of solid gold sheets around a base metal (usually brass).

 

 

Q: What is the difference between silver plated and sterling silver?

 

A: Silver plated items are actually made of another kind of material like copper, nickel, brass, or pewter that is coated with a very thin layer of silver. Sterling silver are items that are made of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% additives (copper, nickel, or a combination of metals).

 

 

Q: My order was lost/damaged in the mail. What do I do?

 

A: Once items leave our facility, we are not responsible for items lost, missing, or damaged by the carrier. We ship via USPS Priority Mail, which includes up to $50 insurance in the rare instance that your order is lost, missing, or damaged.
